What do you think of reading books using your mobile device?

So whats your opinion in this matter? Do you think it is convenient enough to replace the traditional way of reading books? With the release of the amazon kindle, do you think it will replace the books?

  1. Unless all the books disappear...no.
  2. No, i dont think it will replace books, but it is quite handy, if you dont like reading books, but do like reading from electronic thinks... i would use it! Merry Chirstmas And A Happy New Year! :)
  3. well its good in a way because it saves trees. however, i believe half the joy of reading is sitting down cosily and flicking through the pages. i dont think it will ever replace books. books have been around for far too long to be replaced so easily!
  4. how do you read a book with a mobile device?
  5. Nothing replaces a good book in your hand. Books even have a certain smell to them. I love old book stores.
  6. No ways. mobile phones are not a convenient mode of reading books
  7. I don't think that it will replace books. At least I hope not. Having a book in your hand is different, and I think it's better as well. I get more into a book with the actual book than a mobile device. Also, going to the book store is something I love to do, and it's not the same when you just have your mobile devices.
  8. Eventually, either the books will go or your eyes....
  9. I really don't think that's a good idea, it must be bad for your eyes. And I love sitting down with a BOOK, not a mobile phone.
  10. yes i read alot with my pc mobile...especially for books with lots of pages....but i do not think it would replace traditional paper books.
  11. I dont think it is such a great idea because I wouldnt be able to read it. The print is way to small and I would never give myself a headache trying to see it.
  12. Well, it certainly is convenient. And it takes up a lot less space sometimes. But I'd rather the old fashioned way. And besides, I read for hours at a time sometimes, and I wouldn't want to strain my eyes reading off of a screen all the time.
  13. Nothing will replace the book.
